Worth Wallet is a California-based crypto startup seeking investment through MVP demonstration. The project aims to validate market potential and attract funding through a minimum viable product showcasing key cryptocurrency wallet features.
The initial Worth Wallet design lacked originality and user experience quality, merely mimicking TrustWallet's features and design. Project needed complete UX restructuring, distinctive visual identity, and unique branding to stand out in the competitive crypto wallet market and attract potential investors.
Create a distinctive crypto wallet app that balances modern Web3 aesthetic with trustworthy financial design principles. Main objectives included developing unique illustrations, ensuring intuitive UX, and conveying security and innovation through visual language to attract both users and investors.

Before doing any ideation I started to analyzing the existing design page by page to understand the core of the product. Analyzing comments in other similar applications in the app store also helped me to know the pain points and strength of the current design.
— Trust Wallet doesn't have "cold store"
— There is no trust mood
— Bad an onboarding on current app
— Bad visual design
I've made proposal with new virtual card for your crypto, it'll be like "cold store" virtual code.
Fast access to support center on main tab below also making our application is trusted
— Design Principles and style must be clean, playful, emotional connect
— Provide Virtual Card on main screen
— Recreate main pages for tab menu
I stepped back and devoted 8 hours to studying the market and the existing solutions. I got accounts on all platforms and became a real cryptocurrency development fan: over several weeks, I tested the functionality to understand the logic, cream off advantages, and avoid mistakes.
As a result, I managed to build a detailed mind map and spent tens of hours on calls with the client for aligning expectation with each other.
Conducted user interviews with experienced crypto holders to validate prototype and identify pain points. Created Customer Journey Map highlighting key interactions and emotional touchpoints. Feedback informed usability improvements and feature refinements to better serve target users.
Established comprehensive design foundation before UI development, focusing on three key areas:
- Brand identity guidelines
- Component library in Figma
- Design system documentation
This systematic approach ensured consistent development and scalable design implementation.
Explored multiple design concepts heavily influenced by Cash App's illustrative style. Through iterative client feedback and revisions, developed final visual direction combining unique illustrations with crypto-focused interface. Final design balanced modern fintech aesthetics with user-friendly functionality.
