Kinetik is a technological platform streamlining Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) by connecting patients, carriers, and healthcare providers. The project focused on creating digital assets for the entire platform, optimizing connections between insurance brokers and transportation companies.
The NEMT sector involves many manual, time-consuming, and error-prone processes resulting in patients sometimes not getting to their appointments on time and transport providers struggling with billing instead of improving the service quality. This is something that Kinetik wanted address to me and my team.
The company needed thoughtful service design that would consider all the features available to future users, as well as help with developing three separate products for patients and transportation providers. In my hand was 2 products of Kinetik and Website
Kinetik platform design focused on three key objectives:
-Streamline insurance managers' workflow for application creation and transportation provider management
-Deliver comprehensive analytics dashboard for service performance insights
-Enable digital coordination between health plans, brokers, and providers through customized tools

Conducted market research to understand NEMT platform landscape and identify industry trends. Analysis revealed UI/UX strengths and weaknesses across existing solutions, helping define opportunities for Kinetik's user experience improvement.
Studied workflow patterns of existing NEMT platforms to identify successful features and user behaviors. This analysis informed Kinetik's interface design, incorporating proven solutions while addressing gaps in current market offerings.
Our adventure for finding more problems of users is continuing. I analyzed more than 50 reviews and found some feature which I can implement in our application and stand out UI from other application and make UX more convenience and usability
Developed targeted value propositions for each screen across mobile apps and website platform. Team collaboration and client feedback helped define clear purpose and user benefits for every interface element, ensuring meaningful user experience throughout the system.
Created extensive wireframe system covering 700+ screens across three products (apps and website). Conducted stakeholder interviews to validate design solutions and identify improvements. This comprehensive approach ensured cohesive user experience across entire platform ecosystem.

More than 3,500 transportation providers (TPs) and transportation network companies (TNCs) are now integrated with Kinetik Revenue Cycle Management platform. It saves significant time on weekly billing and is incredibly easy to use.
Convenient and functional dashboards make it easy to plan trips and track their status. You can return to this information at any time, create new trips and get detailed information about patients in two clicks.
The website's design is incredibly minimalist and stylish, featuring the signature animated "connectivity lines" with dots that symbolize drivers traveling the roads and improving the lives of the patients. The fonts harmonize with these abstract lines excellently, broadcasting the accessibility of the product itself.
