Raven is a UK-based e-commerce company. With a primary target audience in the US (40%) and Europe (30%+). The goal was to revise the user experience and design of the previous website, add unique features to involve the target audience, boost conversions, and develop the product with Modern technologies
Old site had bad user experience, with bad conversion. Client wanted to impove their e-commerce and gain revenue

Due to that I have all the full research before from my team like User Persona, JOBTD and etc. That’s why I needed to understand how to create payment pages with better UX
After that I had best practices for my bundle of pages, it means I could make wireframes for pages, UserFlow, Prototype and Stakeholder interview. I’ve done 4 interview for our main user persona and implemented some edits for better UX
Also my task was to make all patterns and wrapper for 3D builder in Illustrator App
I’ve done all the internal payment pages in the e-commerce with user in my mind during the process
